Thank you for choosing us and placing your order!  We do not offer cash refunds, including deposits for canceled orders. We appreciate your understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Once an order is placed, refunds are not applicable, particularly considering the dedicated effort and resources invested in baking your items. We appreciate your understanding.
